About This Plant

Amrapali Mango is a premium hybrid mango variety developed by crossing Dashehari × Neelum. It is highly valued for its compact tree size, regular bearing habit, and exceptionally sweet, fiberless flesh. The fruits are medium-sized with an attractive deep orange pulp, making them ideal for fresh consumption and commercial cultivation. Grafted Amrapali Mango plants typically begin bearing fruits within 3–4 years under proper care, making them an excellent choice for home gardens and high-density orchards.

Amrapali Mango thrives in warm tropical and subtropical climates and grows best in fertile, well-drained soil with full sunlight. The compact growth habit makes it suitable for small gardens and container cultivation. Rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, antioxidants, and dietary fiber, the fruits are perfect for fresh eating, juices, smoothies, desserts, and premium mango pulp. Its high productivity, excellent fruit quality, and dwarf growth make Amrapali one of the most popular hybrid mango varieties.
