Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
• The issue is reported with clear photos and order details
• The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery for live plants, or within 7 days for non-living garden supplies

Non-Returnable Items

• Healthy live plants that have been transplanted, repotted, or kept without proper care after delivery
• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or incorrect handling
• Special order, seasonal, or clearance items
• Soil mixes, fertilizers, or opened consumable products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect

Return Process

1. Contact our support team with your order details
2. Share photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
3. Our team will review and approve the return
4. Ship the item back as instructed

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product). For live plants, return approval depends on the condition at delivery and the care provided after receipt.
