Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
• To cancel, contact us immediately with your order details

After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be accepted. However, you may request a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Cancellable Orders

• Orders already shipped
• Special, seasonal, or custom plant orders
• Bulk or project-based orders once confirmed
